Yoga for photographers

The spring is almost here and we have spent the winter mostly indoors with the lack of sun, fresh air and too much sitting in front of your computer or in the studio behind your camera. Your body doesn’t like that. At all. My bones creak all the time as soon as I move, and I feel a bit tired all the time. Where is the sun? Where is the nice fresh air that you get when shooting nature and landscape.

A friend and colleague suggested this link for photographers and I immediately felt it was the right thing to do before the weather permits more outdoor activities. Thank you John Hagby!
